I love that the author gives a brief overview of what gluten is without bogging the bulk of the book down with all the details that most gluten-free books have before you can get on to the good stuff. For those of us who have been gluten-free for years, this is good.I can't have eggs or dairy, either, so I was a little dismayed that this was yet again another cookbook laden with these dangers. I was wrong! Once I got past the opening chapter of recipes, there was so much in here that looks so good and use "safe" ingredients. i was so pleasantly surprised to find bread recipes that don't call for eggs (dairy is much easier to replace than eggs) and am anxious to give them a go. Also, they don't use almond flour (another no-no) but peanut flour. That will be a new twist for me. All in all, this looks very promising and simple. Thank you!

GlutenFree Slow Cooker 60 GlutenFree Recipes Made Simple edition by Jeffrey Thornton Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
All in all a wonderful cookbook for the gluten- free family. One critique on the Dirty Bread Pudding, the recipe calls for 5 cups of cubed French bread - how can that be gluten-free?
Downloaded for a friend but they already had the recipes. May have already deleted it from my kindle now. the end
Beautiful pictures, well-written recipes, wholesome foods, and something for everyone! You wouldn't need to be eating gluten free to enjoy these recipes.
This book is a wonderful resource for those of us new to gluten-free. The recipes are amazing. Thanks for turning this transition from depressing to adventure.
too many of the recipes call for processed ingredients like can of mushroom soup (make sure it is gluten free, the note says!), jar of Alfredo sauce, a bag of a specific brand of potato chips or spaghetti sauce, etc.
