All three books of The Strike Trilogy, in one collected edition.

Tobin Lloyd's life is perfect he's a senior at Bridgton High, he's one of the funniest kids in school, and his only worry is whether or not his latest prank is going to result in yet another detention.

But when he wakes up in the world of Capricious, a place where superheroes are real and attacks by super-villains are just another hassle of living in the city, all of that changes. Suddenly, Tobin's last year of high school is not going as he expected.

Far from home and pretty sure he's gone insane, Tobin must join a strange group of companions (including a beer-drinking dog and a genius, three-foot-tall robot) as he begins his harrowing quest to get back to the world of Earth.

However, there is a disaster looming on the horizon the most powerful super-villains of Capricious see the weak, chaotic planet of Earth as a grand opportunity, and they have a plan for conquest. Together, they are searching for a mysterious creature known as the Daybreaker--a super-villain so powerful that no one on Earth--or Capricious--will be able to stop it.

Who is this Daybreaker? Where did he come from? And what is his connection to Tobin's new friends?

The answers to these questions will lead Tobin down a road he may never recover from, newfound superpowers or not.

Full of action, humor, and superhero adventure, THE STRIKE TRILOGY is the collected edition of STRIKE THE HERO FROM THE SKY, STRIKE DAWN OF THE DAYBREAKER, and the epic third book in the Strike series, STRIKE THE RETURNING SUNRISE.

The Strike Trilogy edition by Charlie Wood Children eBooks

It's OK but definitely written for younger readers. I didn't finish it because I found it too juvenile for my tastes. Characters, dialogue, the world, everything was very shallow. The best way I could describe it is to imagine taking a Saturday morning cartoon like Pokémon or something similar and trying to make it into a novel. If you like that kind of thing then you might enjoy this book. But if you want something a little more mature, complex and well developed then I'd suggest passing.

The Strike Trilogy edition by Charlie Wood Children eBooks Reviews

This isn't the greatest series I have ever read. It's not the worst either. It was ok, with likable characters and a decent story.
great read!
I first picked up the first book in the series as kind of well it's only a dollar so if it sucks oh well. Although the series can be a little long winded at times and some things aren't explained well ( which is why I gave 4 stars) this series takes you on a roller coaster ride of ups and downs of what it's like for the main character being thrown in the deep end of being a superhero. from vast alien beings in a strange land to the small town suburbs of Massachusetts this series gets better each book as you can see and feel the writer come into his own. So if your looking for a mix of superheroes and science fiction then this is for you.
1 is permafree, the rest seem to be kindle unlimited. 3 pack seems to have been free, can't tell if it is still or not.

This book trilogy was awesome. It has adventure, action, mystery, but beest of all SUPER HEROS. You need to read this series!
Lots of action, engaging cha racters. Well written, keeps you turning pages. author with a good story line. Highly recommended. Good read.
This is fun story blending science, magic and aliens creatively. The author tackles time travel and possible repercussions. It isn't a super complex story, but is a clean, enjoyable read.
